T V Ganesan, B.Com., FCS, LLM, AICWA  has more than 35 years of extensive experience in Corporate Legal, Secretarial, Regulatory Compliance and handled various litigation matters before the High Court & Supreme Court. During his stint as Corporate Lawyer, he has briefed various Sr.Advocates, notably briefed Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Former Attorney General of India in various legal cases and got a reference credential note from Mr. Rohatgi that Mr. Ganesan has briefed and interacted with him  for more than 20 years on various corporate litigation matters.  

TVG Consulting is currently advising Modefin group of companies on various legal matters including finalizing all the agreements relating to issuance of software licence agreement, implementation and AMC agreements and also handling their litigation matters.  

Also Advised on Private placement of Debentures and various documents to the tune of Rs. 150 crores for a  limited company at Gurgaon.
